We will not require cancellation fees under the below circumstances

• When unable to ship out due to weather conditions
• When in influence of terrorist actions, war or conflict
• When unable to ship out due to problems proposed by Ocean Master (lack of guides, malfunctioning of ships etc.)

Refund Handling after Payment

• Even when no cancellation fee is required, transaction fees charged by PayPal (or other payment processors) cannot be refunded.
